welcome to

the S P A C E between

Care • Companionship • Healing

Care for the weary. Companionship for the in-between.

I believe in good.

I believe in joy waiting at the edges.

I believe in the small moments that change everything…

the sigh, the laugh, the shift you didn’t see coming.

My work is walking with you until you find it again.

Imagine stepping away with your shoulders softer, your chest open, your breath steady.

Imagine remembering joy. Imagine feeling like yourself again.

This is not a place for fixing.

This is a place for tending.

A place to be seen, companioned, and reminded of your own light.

There are moments in life when you need a hand to hold.

Someone to walk the winding path with you.

Someone who knows how to spot the glimmers in the dark.

That is what this work is. That is what I offer.

a bit about me

I’ve always been the one who notices the small things.
The way light changes a room.
The moment someone’s shoulders drop.
The quiet before laughter arrives.

I grew up learning how to listen early.
How to feel my way through rooms.
How to find joy even when things were hard.
Especially when things were hard.

Somewhere along the way, that became my work.

I believe in care that feels human.
In joy that sneaks up on you.
In the way being truly seen can change a day, a body, a life.

I’m playful by nature.
A little Starchild.
I trust magic, but I’m deeply practical about it.
I love laughter. I love ease.

I love the moment when someone realizes they’re going to be okay.

I don’t rush people.
I don’t fix them.
I walk with them until they remember what they already carry.

This work is gentle, but it’s not vague.
It’s grounded, companioned, and real.
And it’s an honor to do it.
